OUTSIDE SALES PERSON:

DESCRIPTION:

• Commercial HVAC accounts.
• Cold calls whether by phone or in person.
• Establish new customers’ accounts
• Maintain new customers’ accounts
• Create reports on a weekly basis
• Option for advancement for the right person.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in sales.
• Prior experience in the field of HVAC is welcome but not necessary.
• Satisfying oral and written skills in English
• Good personal presentation (appearance, language, manners, punctuality etc.).
• Computer savvy (internet, MS spreadsheet excel, salesforce is a plus)
• Clean DMV.
• Must be able to work independently without much supervision.
• Must be able to pass background test.
• Can pass background and drug check
