- Check input current of the indoor unit fans (actual amp versus nameplate amp; each visit);
- Check drain line (twice a year or as needed);
- Check refrigerant (as needed);
- Check differential temperature (each visit);
- Flush condenser coil with water (once a year or as needed);
- Light cooling coil cleaning (once a year or as needed).
